The Three Step SEALiTech Process

Pre-sealer Coat
First, iTech applies our pre-sealer coat. This synthetic, liquid, sprayed-in-place, rubber pre-sealer base formula enjoys similar properties to the original EPDM rubber properties. After preparing the EPDM rubber membrane with our trade secret conditioner/primer, we apply our pre-sealer that bites into the open pours on the existing rubber membrane pours. Once cured, a pocketknife cannot peal the pre-sealer off the old rubber roof.

Base Coat
Second, the following day we spray-in-place the base coat materials at a rate of 1.5 gallons per 100 square feet. At this point, the old roofing system is in the dry.

Top Coat
iTech uses a proprietary synthetic rubber formula. Our synthetic rubber gives us several advantages. Like silicone, it is the water repellent of choice for commercial and industrial roof applications. In addition to repelling water, it has the physical properties of elongation and tensile strength (it stretches). This makes iTech’s synthetic sprayed-in-place liquid rubber seamless roofing system the ideal prime ingredient for solving your flat roof problem.
